About Patrick McLaughlin

Patrick McLaughlin

FPFS

I have been in the financial services industry for almost 20 years and have been working for St. James's Place since 2007. Originally from Birmingham, Patrick moved to the North East of England in 2005 after meeting his wife to be, Gillian.

About

My clients receive advice on matters which include retirement planning, building and preserving capital, while working towards obtaining income and capital growth in a tax-efficient and flexible manner. I also specialise in estate and inheritance tax planning.

I believe that the quality of advice given is very important and therefore additional qualifications are important. As a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Insurers, I am one of an elite group of professionals at the forefront of our profession.

The services you can expect to receive from me are:

  • Expert advice
  • A broad perspective to your solution
  • A lasting relationship
  • Regular reviews

The value of an investment with St. James's Place will be directly linked to the performance of the funds you select and the value can therefore go down as well as up. You may get back less than you invested.

The levels and bases of taxation can change at any time. The value of any tax reliefs depends on individual circumstances.

Accreditations

Prestigious industry status recognises the value I place on my development and gives clients the confidence that they are supported by one of the UK’s leading wealth professionals.
